What is Sport Fasting?
Sport Fasting is the ideal kickstart of a healthier lifestyle. Your personal coach will guide your through a ten-day training program aimed at losing weight, feeling more energetic and achieving ahigher fitness level.
Nowadays people move less and eat a lot more sugar and carbohydrates; carbohydrates the body stores as fat. Each time our supply of sugars runs out, we feel weak and tired, and our body starts to crave carbohydrates again, so, we eat more carbohydrates. And so on, and so forth.
The combination of sports and fasting will put an end to this vicious circle. Fasting teaches the body to burn fat again instead of 'whining' when energy is needed. This is called 'the switch'.
After our Sport Fasting program, you maintain a cycle comprising low carbohydrate- and high fat burning by an adjusted eating pattern. The benefits? Simple: you become healthier, fit and toned.
