Victor (1993) is very sporty and loves helping clients achieve their goals on both the mental and physical level. He himself did ROC Sport & Movement (with Sport and Nutrition as a specialization), Fitvak A and B and personal training. He is also trained as a calisthenics trainer.
He is an allround trainer who makes clients sweat during various body exercises and strength training. Thanks to his specialization, he can also provide nutritional advice. Nutrition is an important aspect on the way to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
According to him, the power of EMS is in the intensity and resistance: 20 minutes of non-stop training. He always compares it with HIIT training: a short and very intense training for optimum results.
